How many grams of Waxy Maize?

I just got an order to nutraplanet. Their bottles have no directions or nutrition facts. Anyone know where I can find these?

How much am I supposed to take?

Thank you!

did it come with a scoop? you may have to dig around inside to find it.

Nah man, no scoop! Weird. It just says 1/4 tsp = 600mg

:lol I'm not doubting the quality of the product, but this packaging is GHETTO. THe front label looked like it was printed on a cheap desktop printer and taped onto some generic bottle.

Grab a scale and weigh it.

And , IMO depending on when you take it will depend on the dose .

Quote:

you are looking at around 1/2 gram per cc. For a standard 70cc scoop, it came in around 35 grams.
- Nutraplanet rep on another board.

So its around 35g of carbs per standard scoop, but you will have to adjust your serving based on how many carbs you want in your shake.

Just repeating what Talo said but its worth it to get a digital scale for bulk powders to measure correctly.

i know tp offers to sell you a scoop with your stuff...not sure if NP does or not.

but yeah...ghetto packaging is kinda cool :)

the scoop i got with my wms is the same size as my whey scoops...70 cc i think.

Cool cool, I measured about 40 grams for my PWO (it was approx 1/3 cup) that seems to work well for me. I will look into finding a standard 70cc scoop. I think my old whey protein bottle has one. Thanks guys!
