I'm going on vacation for a week and I won't be working out should I still take Whey
Also is this alright? I usually take Whey Protien (25 grams per scoop) twice a day on work-out days (4-5 days a week) right after workout and before I go to bed and I also take it once on non-workout days. Should I be taking it on non-workout days? And 2 times per day a lot? I'm supposed to be having 5-6 meals a day on work-out days it's 4 meals and I take Whey twice and non-workout days it's the same but I take it only once. I'm 6 foot 2 and around 152-5 Pounds. I don't know my body fat percentage but it's probably around 10-15.

absolutly, yes. You take whey protein because you need x# of grams of protein for tissue repair and maintenance. You could stop taking the whey and simply eat another steak or some other protein to make up the difference; but the idea is to keep consistant.

definitely! I've taken it on all of my vacations - always fun going through customs with a big bag of powder lol. But yes, you always want to have that steady stream of protein, regardless if you're not working out each day. Basically to maintain muscle mass and make sure you don't waste away your gains! Plus, if you're like me on vacation you're constantly on the go. Shakes are easy and quick and you're back to enjoying freedom!

Whenever I travel I pack little plastic baggies for each day I am gone. This way I don't have to bring the entire jug or the scoop.

Yes you should take them regularly if you are taking it. You can have a big loss or else for the skips. And that's why it couldn't effect you that much.
