Default Just bought 1 kilo of basic creatine monohydrate, some questions?

I usually take N.O. Xplode, Arnge Krush, NA Vapor, etc but this is my first time taking basic creatine monohydrate.

Will this get me motivated as much as NO Xplode in the gym? Also, why is this so much better than those listed and will I see better results?

Also, how much do I take? I notice it didn't come with a scooper, so if you could help me with this, I would appreciate it. Again, I have had creatine types in the past so this is not new to me entirely.

5 g, or 1 tsp. it won't pump you up...it's for muscle endurance.

Is that a day? How much is that? Like a spoonful a day?

And on workout days should I take it before hand?

What is it best to drink with? Water or juice?

gotta be taken with a high gi carb...i take mine with waxy maize...

35g of a high GI carb should be plenty to raise blood sugar levels high enough for absorption. Like Pity, I take mine with WMS. I believe that 5g is about a tsp. I always recommend that people take 5g every day for two weeks and after that, just take it after workouts.

What is a high GI carb? And what is this WMS? Is it a drink?

Also, someone at another site said you should take 10g for 5 days and then 5g every day even on off days. How much is this when it comes to a spoon? Also, what time of the day do I take and on workout days? Before or after I lift?

you can get some bloating if you do 10g a day...there's no need for it. just take 5 g any time of day...on workout days i took mine after workout...and on off days...i just took it when i got home from work.

grape juice works....or you can buy high gi carbs from www.trueprotein.com , or www.bulknutrition.com or www.nutraplanet.com

go buy a set of plastic measuring spoons for a dollar from a grocery store...they come in handy

Thanks a lot, but again how much would 5g be on a plastic spoon?

Ok, what about cycling it? I bought 1000 grams so if I take 5 grams a day that will last me 200 days. Should I start cycling after that?
