L-Citrulline Powder
 

I bought some free form L-Citrulline powder for pre-workout. Is this just as effective as L-Citrulline Malate?

Honestly I have not tried it personally, but some people I talked to (and respect) said they had similar results. Try it and let me know, I would be interested to hear your opinion. :weights:

Ok I will let you know. I saw that true protein has L-Citrulline Malate for $38.00 a pound.

I haven't opened the bottle yet so I can still return it and buy it off of trueprotein. I will be taking 4 grams pre workout, is that good?
