Yeah I know. I've got a lot of muscle but it is just well camoflauged behind fat. I have a long way to go. Finding this website is really helping. I am learning new things from people who understand what I want to accomplish. People with the same goals. I am fairly solid and really good at lifting I guess I just need to hit cardio more. Thanks.

You know keep up the dedication and it will pay off. Your at 11.2% now well pretty soon it will be 10% then 8%. Keep it up. I dedicated myself and lost 70lbs in 8 months. Keep it up.
