losing fat and gaining muscle
i actually train 5/week, and i want to lose fat and gain muscle. What supplement should i take?

Pick ONE main goal, either bulk OR cut. There arent any shortcuts, even "magic pills" take hard work and dedication. Its all in the diet and training program man. |
