I've heard it gives a good result for the price. Anything that nyone could suggest to take with it? Maybe some NO producer, if so any suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated.

That stuff actually looks fairly good to me as a meal replacement. I wouldnt use it for pre/post workout shakes because of the Low GI carbs it contains though.

hrdgain81's Sig:I don't do this for my family, my friends, women, accolades, pride, or ego. I do it for me and no one else, its just part of who I am.

^^^^It looks ok to me to as weightgainers/meal replacers go. The barley and oat carbs is a nice touch. Looks like they've added a bunch of stuff specifically for the purpose of making it a low GI formula so I agree with hrdgain double to not use it immediately pre/post. It would be fine for for pre if it was a good hour before though.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
