Ive read up that every builder/Athlete needs to be getting in their vitamins...

So What vitamins should I get??? I know this is probley a repeat question but I figured Id write anyway...

Other than vitamins what other stuff and not steriods/creatine/No2 (like Health Stuff) does everyone here take to keep their body's running in full great shape...
