I'm not sure what's in the nighttime recovery formula, but I'm a little skeptical of it. All you need is some melatonin if you are having trouble sleeping. I've yet to find any evidence that any evidence that supplements like ZMA really help.
ZMA is definitely a staple in my supplemental plan.
Ever since I've started taking it, I'm sleeping like a baby ;)
Highly recommend it.
