Need advice

Hi
I am
21 y.o
147 lbs
5feet 9inces

I am kinda naturally skinny. Ever since i was 10 I am playing soccer, so have strong legs. But, my torso and arms are really really weak.
(it sucks to have a strong and thick thighs and a 11 inch bicep!)

:weights:

2 months ago I started lifting weights, there is not much of a progress in my physique, but yea I can feel it coming!

Till now I have not taken any supplements. What can you guys suggest?

PM me and I'll send you my stack.

If you want a general thing, you need to be more specific. I could say BCAA's, but you probably wouldn't get any help at all from it.

You want pre workouts, the best advice to help gain, post workout, random suggestions, what are you looking for?

eat more food.

^^^^^^ Agreed. Need more food dude!

I've been there before too. It sucks being naturally skinny and having trouble putting on mass.

But you can spend a lot of money on supplements but they are not going to do anything for you unless your diet is on key. You'll need to start in the kitchen in order to grow.

Supplements will help you a little further, but only if your diet is up to par.

Cheers

Get on a bulk diet and add whey protein, creatine, multivitamin, and fish oil.

Eat lots of vegetables. Eat cottage cheese before bed. Tons of eggs whites. Lots of water, whole wheat and whole grains. Protein, creatine, multi vitamin.

However, if you don't get enough rest and stick with compound exercises then you will be healthy and fit, but not gaining. I know two dudes at the gym, good nutrition and supps.

The caveat is that they do too much volume with bad form and too much weight.

Start with Whey Protein's & Creatine. As it gives more strength to muscle growth & immune system.

Eat a clean diet. Muscles are made in the kitchen. Complex carbs, lean protein, veggies, water. Eat good fats like olive, flax, fish. Get plenty of sleep. Don't lift more than an hour. Do 30-60 minutes of cardio each day.
