No, it's not unhealthy. But the NO supplements are a waste of money. There is a thread about it if you do a search.

^^have you tried bulk citruline malate?

I always laugh when people talk about NO Xplode, the NO part of it is Arginine, which has been proven to do almost nothing (besides give you mouth sores), Citruline (which is cheap in bulk form), Histidine (which doesnt do much, your body makes a ton of it already) and a few smaller dosed things.

Oh, yeah and there is plenty of caffeine in NO Xplode, which is interesting since that hurts the effectiveness of NO products, its a vaso restricter.

hrdgain81's Sig:I don't do this for my family, my friends, women, accolades, pride, or ego. I do it for me and no one else, its just part of who I am.

Blah blah blah...there are countless studies that confirm its effectiveness. Just because you haven't used it doesn't mean it's not a great supplement. It doesn't just "put more fluid in your muscles". Obviously you haven't ever researched creatine. Try it yourself or do some research before posting your uninformed opinions.
