Nutrient Repartitioners

I've been getting back into working out/training heavy for the past few months and have made substantial gains in strength and size...thinking about throwing in Prime (or something of the sort) in a few months to try and maximize my gains, but my question is, should I focus on following a higher protein diet, or eat a diet heavier with complex carbs?

Also, anyone have any experience with products like these? Any recommendations? Thanks!

Get about a gram of protein per lb of body weight. The rest of your calories should come from carbs and healthy fats. I would stay away from "NO Boosters"--those supplements are worthless pure Bro Science.

Jack3d isn't a NO booster--it's a combination of stimulants, beta alanine, etc. Jack3d isn't a bad supplement--I'll agree with you there. But the science just does not support nitric oxide boosters--there's no evidence they make you bigger or stronger. Check out the research on my website and you'll see.

I'm not trying to be a jerk--I just want you and everyone else to spend their money wisely.

Thanks for the info....yeah, I love Jack3d, I add a little creatine to it sometimes, but it's great for energy in the gym
