oxy/creatine combo

Can I take a Thermogenic (right now i'm taking OxyElite Pro) they worked well alone for cutting weight all winter. I don't know about the thermogenic aspect but they gave me alot of energy. Can I take them like an hour before my recomended creatine dose at 220lbs. I'm pretty solid and a few lbs i've gained have been muscle. I cut out the caffene as recommended but the oxy has 100mg of caffene in it. Is doing this counter productive.
I used to smoke and quit 15 years ago but it affected my overall breathing abilities (quit that stiuff) and take a hit of Albuteral.....man that stuff gives you a buzz and a 1/2. Any advice on using the creatine and oxy would be appreciated. I stay way hydrated.

The caffeine should not interfere with creatine. Just take about 5 mg creatine a day and be sure to stay hydrated. Never heard of OE pro but you'd probably do just as well to take caffeine tablets.

There is Caffeine in tons of different products that also contain creatine, so that should not be a problem. Also make sure that you are drinking plenty of water.

Oxy Elit pro, user

Just drink plenty of water i mean alot like the responses above said, i am on oxy elite pro now. i dont see any prob with taking them both just space them out to be safe at least an hour or two because it could bind and effect the results.
there is nothing wrong with using them both at the same time!
caffiene is fine just as long as its not abused, anyway your only supposed to take the oxy for six to eight weeks with four week breaks, so its not like you'll be taking it all of the time which you prob already know. just like with anything your body will need time to recouperate itself. if you do that your fine!
