Default Powdered Egg Whites

Came across this at another forum. Anyone ever get it. The egg whites are made/sold by Rose acre Farms. Seems like a pretty good price

Never tried anything like that, but I've been curious about it.

I usually stick with the 5doz fresh eggs (pretty cheap, 5.50). But if you end up getting some, Joker, let us know how it is. Definitely sounds like a decent deal if they taste good.

Before I do that, I've been thinking about getting Liquid egg whites from my company. The case comes with 15-2lb containers(quart size)30lbs. I think my cost will be about $40-45 I still have to check on it.(I get product at thier cost) So if you live near me in soca. hit me up we carry basicaly anything you eat

I think I would be tempted to go with pasteurized egg whites before powdered. Ever try an egg protein supplement? Hard on the digestive tract (makes you gassy... great rotten egg smell!)

egg whites from egg beaters (or store brand is cheaper) can be mixed into most shakes/oatmeal/soup without altering the taste even. Doesn't even need to be cooked.

I'll never understand why people ditch the yoke.

Explain what your thoughts are... I am almost positive I can predict your concerns, but go ahead.
