Protein and Creatine
 
I am currently taking musclemilk and i was wondering if adding creatine would be ok to help me gain some serious mass.

creatine is found in foods...so....eating a hamburger would also have him not get a hard on :)

Remember to drink lots of water when taking Creatine! Recommended of 1-2 gallons a day. The side effects are muscle cramps and mild diarrhea. I didn't drink a lot of water during my loading phase and I was taking a shit like crazy. It was painful and was not pleasant. Learn from my mistake.

Yup! Indeed I did. After experiencing those side effects, I did more research. After that day, I haven't followed that "loading phase". I feel so much better now. Also, the bad thing with the loading phase is your wasting twice as much creatine.

it really doesn't matter when you take it....there is no magical time....as long as your blood stream is saturated...you're good.

Read the thread on pre and post workout nutrition. It ultimately doesn't matter when you take the creatine although absorption is probably better post workout.

If you don't know what a loading phase is, then don't worry about it. :)

I usually half the dosage before and after my workout. You could also try N.O.Explode, it gives one instant energy and atleast i can usually lift more.

he wasn't being a dick....the loading phase is worthless....and nobody needs one...so no need to worry about it.

You should take a creatine after working out and you can take it with your muscle milk.
