There is only one word to describe my post workout on thursday and thats WOW!!!
After my intensity workout, I threw back 2.5 scoops of virtago, and one scoop of purple wraath. Within 2hrs or so my muscles felt full and pumped, even though I was ready to pass out. Virtago will be a staple in my suppliment list as long as I can afford it.
