Default Purple K Creatine by Fusion

Just got this at GNC after the sales guy recommended it.

Wondering if this is a decent brand of Creatine.

I'd never really listen to them. The other people here don't either, for the most part. But, as long as it's creatine, which is a proven supplement, it's basically good! I got mine from Wal-mart. Like 3.2 lbs for $12. Well, I got hooked up, so it was $6 for me

They were saying stuff like, well, if you take this stuff, it just adds water weight and if you stop taking it, it'll go away..

Whereas if you take THIS stuff..

Whaaaaa?

^^^ Yeah, they were spittin some crazy BS. Creatine is creatine. The only difference with the EE's & AKG's & all of that is the way it will be absorbed. Cheaper = better

Same thing as with protein powder. Flashy labels don't get the job done! I get both my protein and creatine from Wal-mart, or I get protein from Sams club, since it's cheaper.

Default supps

I take WalMart supps but i take the Six Star Protein, Supper pump. My creatine supplement is Gaspari size-on i've had great results so far.
