question about creatine - sry if its in the wrong place

i have a question about creatine .. sry if this is not the right place to ask
i jus bought the gnc creatine monohydrate one and it says each serving is 5 grams .. the gnc guy said theres supposed to be a scoop for it but after i returned 4 of them theres still no scoop .. the man told me to try cvs n those kind of stores but none of them have any measuring utensil things. How can i measure 5 grams of powder ? the creatine thing says one TEASPOON is 5 grams but i have all different size teaspoons. is there any way i can measure 5 grams ? Please help me with this. thanks a lot in advance =]

Dude...The different size teaspoons usually come together on a ring. Use the spoon that says, "1 teaspoon" and you'll be good.

Classic :)

Some other advice is to stop shopping at GNC. They are overpriced and as you can tell, their products are subpar. Your much better off buying your creatine online and save yourself a bunch of money. I would have quit after the first return.

just leave it, all questions can be useful to others searching for the same info.

I'm in serious doubt of this one. :D

Haha I liked this post. You could go buy a spoon that says teaspoon if you need to.

You would be surprised
Of course you could use 2 scoops of the 1/2 teaspoon

I've never seen creatine w/ a scoop (at least not mono). Protein, yes, but never creatine. (I've only used, like, four different types, but I'm assuming they are all like that). I wouldn't think it would be worth it to make a 1 tsp "scoop".

And, no offense, dude, that's what you get for shopping at GNC.

PS: Capital letters sometimes (usually) help make a post a lot more readable. ;)

The EAS creatine plus has a scoop
