Questions and more questions

My daughter works at General Nutrition center, yesterday she brought home a case of pro crunch protein bars,
3 Lb jar of 100% whey protein (powdered)
1 jar of NO2 performance enhancing Hemodilator
1 jar of No xplode extreme Nitric Oxide & creatine surge
a bunch of Myoplex protein drink (ready to use)
are these any good? can they be mixed? should they be taken before, after, or both?
Thanks in advance. Any info is appreciated
Frank

Be careful with the Pro Crunch bars, just like most protein bars they have alot of cheap fillers. Having one every once in a while won't kill you, just don't trick yourself into think that they are as healthy or healthier than a good meal. Check out the ingredients in the #2 and #3 slot:

Protein Blend (Calcium Caseinate, Soy Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate), High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, Coating (Maltitol, Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa, Whey Powder, Lecithin, Natural Flavor), Crisp Rice (Milled Rice, Sugar, Salt, Corn Syrup, Barley Malt), Peanut Flour, Peanut Butter (Roasted Peanuts, Dextrose, Vegetable Monoglycerides, Salt), Glycerine, Fructose, Natural & Artificial Flavor, Lecithin, Salt, Vitamin/Mineral Blend (Ascorbic Acid, d-Alpha Tocopheryl Succinate, Maltodextrin, Niacinamide, d-Calcium Pantothenate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Chromium Polynicotinate, Riboflavin, Vitamin A Palmitate, Biotin, Folic Acid, Cyanocobalamin

Any NO product is crap, so the second and third items you can probably sell for a profit to some teenager who reads Muscle and Fitness for the ads.
