Unhappy Should I Do Another Loading Phase?

Alright its been about 2 weeks now that I haven't been hitting the weights hard. The reason is my wrist is just so banged up okay its so F'ed up that I have a hard time sleeping, and when I wake up at nights its just throbing. I've always had bad wrist but it was never this bad. I went to the doctors and he said I shouldn't lift any weights for at least 1.5 weeks or untill the pain stops. I'm losing it right now and my weights been dropping a little. I haven't been taking creatine for about 2 weeks now. So to make a long story short should I start up another loading phase, because its been about two week since I had any creatine in me. Thanks

I'd say yes. It won't hurt anything if you do...except for your wallet. I think that your levels would be down after two weeks..or just starting to go down. Sorry to hear about your wrist. I sprained mine a few months ago...Wednesday was the first day that I lifted without wrist wraps. I tried to lift without them again today, but had to stop and put them on. I use them for pretty much all of my push exercises...it was the only thing that allowed me to lift after I hurt it. I can't use the wraps very well when I'm curling, so that is the only thing that bothers me. If you haven't tried them already, then give it a shot. My wrist would have never gotten better if I hadn't used wraps.

Yeah I would always use a wrist wrap for my right wrist because its just not very stable. Well I get creatine for pretty cheap, so I'm going to just do another loading phase. Thanks

I would say don't worry about loading until you start lifting again. Supplements are meant to taken when you are lifting...not when you are injured. Your body produces creatine, the extra creatine you are taking is used to push your energy limits a little further. The only things I would continue is your protein, fat, carb intakes for maintanance until cleared by your doctor.

Thanks man, unfortunately I just had a mini surgery on my wrist because of a cyst. I'll be lifting in about 2-3 weeks. Its pretty lame but I gotta listen to the doc. Yeah I'm eating everyday like its Thanksgiving because its so damn depressing not being able to lift.
