Default Some questions about supplements

I done my research and for the money ON 100% whey protein gold standard sounds pretty good for the money. One thing I could not find out was how many servings to take? The serving size is one scoop but that is only 24g of protein. Should I take two scoops after workout or take one in the morning and one after workout or some other combination? I'm kind of hoping just 1 a day because 2 scoops a day and I'll go through a 2lb jar pretty quick.

An other question is that last month I bought Vitamin Shoppe's brand of creatine becasue it was cheap and was my first time using creatine. While I was on it I did notice gains. I just don't know if I could of seen better using a more expensive creatine product. I would think that 100% creatine monohydrate is made the same but maybe not. Is paying more for a name brand creatine worth the money?

My last question has to do with BCAA's and Glutamine. I know that OP 100% whey protien has glutamine and BCAA's in it but maybe it is not enough to meet the requirements. Should I take those too?
