Summer stretch and new supplements
Im 22, 220 pounds, a good amount of muscle and looking to cut some and gain a lot of muscle mass. I have always used whey protien and tried creatine but it made me mostly sick =/
Since im stuck in newark doing research i workout everyday and would like to make sure im getting everything out of it.
I was either thinkings BCAA or getting this
I'm working on a 5 meal high protien and already have seen results after 2 weeks of training =)
I'm wondering if the stack actually helps you or just pumps you up and of course any other suggestions would be great
