super pump 250
 

Has anyone tried super pump 250 and what did you think about it.

I gave it a try and liked the energy boost it gave me. I never really used energy boosters before so it probably hit me harder than it would a hardened energy drink veteran. As for the pump I didn't notice much. Maybe it would be more effective for somone who did more isolation exercises.

It's very similar to nano vapor, black powder, and no explode. From my experience + feedback I've heard, this is how I would rate the 4:
1.) nano vapor
2.) super pump 250
3.) no explode
4.) black powder

I'd like to try the nano vapor product. Would I take that instead of a pre-workout drink or would I take the nano vapor in addition to my pre-workout drink which consists of:

Oatmeal
Whey
BCAA
Taurine
Glutamine
Rhodiola Rosea
Citrulline Malate
Water & Grape juice
Dextrose & Maltodextrose

I wouldn't take them together. If I were you, I would add the BCAAs to the nano vapor. Otherwise, most of that stuff is already in it. Or something similar. And gastric upset would be an issue if you took them together, I think.

Also sleeping might also be a problem, I know a few people who take NanoVapor and if they take it a bit after supper, they have problems sleeping!

I'm on nanovaper now and the first two weeks were awesome. I would want to work out just to use the stuff. Good energy and great focus with some decent pump. Now i'm on week 3 and its not really hitting me like it was, i increased the dose but its still not as great as those first 2 weeks. So i'd def. recommend cycling this stuff if you get it. Other wise you'll be loading up your dose to extremes to feel the first weeks feeling. Lol its like a drug or somethin haha

And i know super pump is a vitamin shoppe product and vitamin shoppe doesn't really make there own products, its an expensive brand with there labeling and bottling. Check the ingredients and compare, you'll prolly find one thats an exact. Now whether or not they dull down vitamin shoppes brand down to make theres more superior, i dont know. But i was told it was the same.
