Supplements for pre and during workout
I'm always looking for new supplements to try mainly for my pre and during workout. Currently I'm taking the NO Black Powder about half an hour before my workout and just drink water during it and have a protein shake after.
Does anyone recommend any other supplements for during workout? Or even pre-workout? What benefits do you see from these supplements. |
before, i just do some protein and citrulline malate,...and after...the same plus waxy maize and creatine.

I'd recommend Xtend or some other form of BCAAs.

For after it's just some whey and berries sometype of carb (maltodextrine) |
Is the Xtend easier on the stomache then the NO products?

yes they are amino acids and dont have to be taken on a 2 hour empty stomach
