awesome post! Excellent information, most of these are current staples in my supplement stacks! Although I haven't read too much on OKG. Im interested though, and will do more research for myself.

samson products
 
I used samson products for the first time for suppliments. They were fast and very professional. I would highly recomend them.

Good info and I do agree with you. The only thing I would add is the forgotten supplement LIVER PILLS. If nothing else just for the added protein.
