Default Vasapro?

A friend of mine told me about stacking vasopro/caffine/asprin to lose fat but, I am a total novice to this kinda stuff and I haven't seen too much recent talk about this stack on forums so I was just wondering does it work? Is it safe? Also would it work if I just used the vasapro and not the other 2? All suggestions and help will be greatly appreciated thank you.

Also if there is any better supplements please tell me

I am looking to lose about 20 pounds I am 5'7, 180

before starting anything type of cutting sup. the first thing you have to have down is your diet. what does it look like? Second is workout. then comes sups.

Sounds like you really need to get your diet in check. Taking fat loss supps without a proper diet is pointless to me.

read on the basic diet article in the forum. I think Sleazy wrote it. It's pretty good. I would look into getting some protein shakers to carry around if you have problems eating 5-6 meals a day.
http://www.bodybuilding.net/nutritio...nning-928.html

also search on the forum for cut Ideas. there are plenty but start with this.
and try HIIT cardio to change things up.

After reading some of the articles I think you'll have more questions, but they will be more in-depth, and please don't hesitate to ask. there are no dumb questions and nobody on this board will blast you for asking question. we'll just guide you to your answer with more questions.;)

I understand bro, yeah actually some of those supps for weight loss make you kinda not feel good at all. I've tried a few and they all pretty much make me feel like I've had 10 cups of coffee. Just by eating better you will feel much more awake and ultimately feel better. Definatley read up on some of the diets. Bodybuilding or not they are basically full of the types of stuff you should be eating. The main difference is the calories. Always start with your diet when it comes to any sort of training. Supplements atleast to me are for when you hit a plateau your trying to get past. If your diet isn't that good and you start taking a fat burner, you'll put that weight on as soon as your done taking it.

For example I had an over weight cousin who was considering gastric bypass surgery which I am totally against. So I suggested for him to look up the type of diet the doctor was going to put him on. Here's and example : http://www.gicare.com/pated/edtgs22.htm

So he did and I told him to just start that diet now. And he ended up never getting the surgery and lost 35lbs in about six months. And looks great now and is starting to strength train. It's all about how devoted you are to it. You have to be strict on yourself to see the results you want. Good luck bro, keep us updated. And remember this which sounds cheesy at times but I like it. Look at your diet as a mirror and your body is the reflextion.
