How about......read the stickies. And use the search function. No reason to reinvent the wheel. There are explanations of both on the site that you can find using the search function. With that said, I wouldn't recommend NO Xplode.

why wouldn't you recommend NOxplode?

i've been using it for awhile and love the stuff!

The effects come from the caffeine. For $50 you can buy a lifetime supply of caffeine. That's why I don't recommend NO Xplode.

that's what she said.

(doesn't apply) :)

i use good ole mental power. maybe i'm old fashioned....but if i need something to get going everyday to work out....i shouldn't be working out.

I use caffeine tablets when I feel I need them. It's hard to get psyched up to pull +2.5 times your body weight if you're having a sluggish day.

Your question generally doesn't have anything to do with creatine VS protein?

Just take caffeine pills, f*** no xplode.

Protein is made up of amino acids and repair damaged muscle tissue, it's not a primary source of energy but is used for other function like hair growth.

Creatine is a naturally forming compound in the body, the skeletal muscle tends to make it's own form of creatine and it comes from food. Creatine phosphate (in the anaerobic system) is responsible from immediate replenishment of ATP, which is the body's primary energy source for exercising muscles. ATP is produced in the mitochondria coming from glycogen (strands of glucose) that comes from carbohydrates and fatty acids (which needs to be consumed since the body cannot make this from other nutrients).

Hope that answers your question with creatine VS protein.
