Way Protein shake (New user)
Hello everyone. I'm new arround this forum. First of all wanted to say that I'm doin gyim part time for about 2 years now. There are visible results compaired to the time I had for training. Nothing big just a steady start improvement.(girls say,a sexy beach boy). I have never used a protein shake or any other supplements in my process. But now I have time for the gyim more and I want to achieve maximum results.
My weight is 70 killograms and I'm 1,75m tall. A skinny guy basicly.
I had interest in protein shakes for quite some time now,but I wasn't sure what's there for me. Now I have a realy cheap offer from a friend to use "Way" protein shake. Can U guys please help me with an advice over this? What should I take and is the products any good?
great to hear you are reaching out for advice.. Protein shakes are an excellent supplement to consider, probably the best one to take if you are on a budget and had to choose only one! They are a staple in my diet, especially post-workout! However, when at work and during busy parts of my day they help me reach my macros targets! quick and easy source of protein.
Highly recommend taking a shake after you work out if you want to add them into your diet!
