| Hello everyone. I'm new arround this forum. First of all wanted to say that I'm doin gyim part time for about 2 years now. There are visible results compaired to the time I had for training. Nothing big just a steady start improvement.(girls say,a sexy beach boy). I have never used a protein shake or any other supplements in my process. But now I have time for the gyim more and I want to achieve maximum results. My weight is 70 killograms and I'm 1,75m tall. A skinny guy basicly. I had interest in protein shakes for quite some time now,but I wasn't sure what's there for me. Now I have a realy cheap offer from a friend to use "Way" protein shake. Can U guys please help me with an advice over this? What should I take and is the products any good? |

They are a staple in my diet, especially post-workout! However, when at work and during busy parts of my day they help me reach my macros targets! quick and easy source of protein. Highly recommend taking a shake after you work out if you want to add them into your diet! |
