Default weight gainers

Is there any other weight gainers there that probably works faster?? I'm taking Cytogainer 3 times a day.

I take it on breakfast with 2 boiled eggs, and 1 serving of oatmeal before I work out.

I take it again with another 2 boiled eggs and 1 canned tuna an hour after my work out

I also eat every two hours (chicken breast with veggies)

And before bed, I take it again with 2 servings of oatmeal, 1 canned tuna (water) and 2 tbspn peanut butter with white bread.

If you guys have any suggestions please do. It'll be a good help thanks

Food/shakes only work as fast as you can process them. All weightgainer shakes are basically the exact same thing: Lots of maltodextrin and sugar.

If you changed your diet to include some more low GI carbs or fats with your meat, you wouldn't even need any weightgainer shakes IMHO. For instance, you could get a bottle of Flax seed oil for a whopping $12 that'll last a month. Each tablespoon is 120 cals. Click here

With all that being said, if you can afford those weightgainer shakes, then more power to you. Waaay back in the day when my diet sucked ass, I was very partial to N-Large-2, which 10 lbs went for $45.

If you get a product that works faster most likely the weight you'll be gaining is gonna be fat. If that's what you want then all you have to do is eat more. But then you'll just be a big fat guy instead of a big muscular guy. You just need to eat more calories then your expending during the day and get on a good strength program. Post you're diet, what are you eating every day??

soon I wake up I eat 2 boiled eggs (with yolk), 1 serving of oatmeal, and 16oz of CytoGainer then I go straight to the gym with 1 redbull.

after gym I'll eat 2 canned tuna(in water) another 2 boiled eggs (with yolk) and another 16oz CytoGainer.

in my every 2 hour meal I prefer myself some frozen chicken breast (fatless and skinless) I portion 1 chicken breast into four and eat 1 each every 2 hours with veggies..

Before bed, I would eat 2 servings of oatmeal, 1 canned tuna, 2 tbspn of peanut butter w/ white bread and another 16oz of CytoGainer. That's what I eat everyday for about 3 weeks now.

What do you think of the way my diet looks like??

I've been through a few jugs of weight gainer and to be honest it really didn't like it at all. First of all the serving sizes are outrageous. I had a 10 lbs. jug and it only had 19 servings. Some of them are generally high in saturated fat.

I see, I switched it from wheat bread; I heard it has less carbs. I started eating cottage cheese before bed aswell... Is peanut butter ok though??

wheat bread is better for you than white bread. I eat whole grain bread. Its the best nutritrion wise and I personnally think its the best tasting as well.

You said it. I have never used gainers and never will. Why? Because the weight you gain is not muscle. Sugar and maltodextrin retain water in your body. This water shows on scale when you weigh yourself. After being on plus calories for awhile using weightgainers, you will gain fat.
