What is the best whey protein??
 

Hey guys, i was wondering which whey protein you guys would recommend, there's many out there, do they all do the job ??

Personally I use PVL Whey contains :23g protein and 19 Amino Acids per scoop. I use 2 scoops per serving. There is also over 20 different flavors.:)

There are many different types of protein besides whey, but when it comes down to it I think whey is whey.
