Default What protein? (for a navy seal)

Hi guys, i recently joined the army and have chosen to go to the navy seals.

For my height i am underweight and id like to gain at least 10 KG, asap.

Training starts on monday and gets more intensive as the months go by.

more info: we train on monday tuesday thursday and friday. monday and friday are half day training. Lots of swimming jogging pushups.

Id like to know what protein you guys would recommend. i currently take a multivitamin every morning and a system toner.

I like Optimum Whey because of the taste and it is easy to mix. But as long as it is a reputable brand, I think you'll be fine. Most of your protein should come from whole foods.

Creatine can also put a few lb on you pretty quickly due to fluid retention in the muscles. Just be sure to drink plenty of water (which you should be doing anyway--especially with the level of activity you're talking about).
