what should i do

I'm 16 and I've been lifting for a little while now using creatine and whey protein. I am seeing some gains, but not 2 the extent I would like. My question is, what will give me the biggest mass gains in the shortest amount of time without hurting my body?

J-Rock 02-17-2008 12:09 PM

I am currently taking whey, creatine ethyl ester, multivitamin, waxy maize (thanks TALO), and lots of healthy foods.

Hard gainer = wimpy eater

Post your diet in the nutrition forum for a critique. That will do more good than buying $1,000 worth of supplements.

Ross is right. What does your diet look like?

Gazlay43 02-17-2008 02:14 PM

dont really have a set diet

read that....and then....do it :)

Ross86 02-17-2008 02:33 PM

Read the stickies in the nutrition forum. After that, ask some questions. Body building is 70% diet and 30% training...

Ross86 02-17-2008 02:34 PM

Sorry pity, didn't see you were posting at the same time.

Gazlay43 02-17-2008 03:01 PM

or do i not even need d-ribose or bcaa's?

Ross86 02-17-2008 04:12 PM

I would probably do the BCAAs+CM...haven't heard too much about the D-Ribose.

widdoes2504 02-17-2008 07:02 PM

Gazlay, at your age you should not have to worry too much about supplementation as your body is producing enough testosterone to fuel a jet engine. You need to train hard (heavy on the compound movements), plan enough rest (you grow outside of the gym) and eat, a lot. This does not mean eat everything you see, Pity gave you a good link and Ross referred you to the nutrition forum so use that to your advantage.

Just my 2 cents, I would stay with the whey, creatine, add in the CM and BCAAs. Hope you make it man train hard. :weights:

Now go eat something :biglaugh:

Gazlay43 02-18-2008 04:29 PM
