Go read the "how to bulk" sticky. That will get you started.
On the suppliment side, you should go pick up some ON (optimum nutrition) 100% whey, and some maltodextrin and some dextrose. The sticky will tell you how to use them and when. |
im going later to get my supplents and i might just get a ON whey protein and a creatine ethyl... whats the best way of taking both?..also im new to this site and im having problems findins the "sticky's" can you post the link of the how to bulk..

Take your Whey protein post workout, and your creatine..maybe half the dose before you workout then the rest after. The stickies are located towards the top of the pages on the forum http://www.bodybuilding.net/nutritio...bulk-1159.html

You dont see the stickies? How can you possibly see this page? They are very obvious at the top of the page...in every forum.
And if you can only get/afford one of your choices they whey is going to help you out much more than creatine. To gain strength/mass, make sure your diet is in check. Again, all this was covered in stickies. |
