What you all think of these supplements this seller has?

I'm new to this and wanted to see what you all think of his products??? I thought about getting the BCCA and CrEE I just don't want to waste my money on something thats not legit and it sucks that this market is full of fakes... |
Personally I would never buy any supps off ebay, you never know what your going to get. Try Nutraplanet.com, or Bulknutrition.com and go with a good known suppliment company.

hrdgain81, thank you for your quick reply. I'll take your advice! and i notice how you are very responsive on here to other peoples post appreciate your time buddy.

Well I do my best to be helpful Spawn, many people on this site and others have been very helpful to me, so i like to pay that forward when I can.

Actually some actual companies sell their supplements from their stores on ebay and lower the prices a little. Just make sure the safety seal and plastic lid wrapper is intact, and watch the shipping costs.
Personally, I would buy from nutraplanet, affordablesupplements, and number1supplements before ebay. |
Spawn, I have had some good results with using nutraplanet and like several others have said try and stay away from ebay. The risks just aren't worth it. :)

Thanks guys but I did but some ON Amino 2222 Softgels on ebay for $10 150 caps. Bottle Sealed got in 2 days.
Which leads to my next question. Whats the best way to take Amino Acids? I heard 45 mins before workout on empty stomach and before bed time. Whats everyones thoughts. |
I sorry to say you just threw away 10 bucks. Those "aminos" are nothing more that caisenate (a casein protein from milk) and a little bit of vitamin E and soy lechitin. Basically your talking 1 grams of casein a pill and the cheaper form of casein to boot. They are not isolated aminos or anything like that and even if they were you'd need a whole lot more of them to do any good.
They call them "aminos" becasue the caseinate has all eight essential aminos. Or course most all your common protein sources have more than enough essentials but a 1 gram serving of chicken, red meat, fish, egg, milk or whatever isn't going to do much either. Likewise a pill that contains 1 gram of protein. This is a marketing trick. I wouldn't bother taking them around your workout. But any other time is fine. Bedtime would be good if you could take at least, say, 20 of them if not more. Sorry, though, I'm not trying to be a downer. I'm just telling you how it is so you don't waste your money in the future. To put this in perspective let's say you get a 5 pound jug of whey that cost around 30 bucks. Lets say it contains 65 (rounding down) servings of whey protein (25 actual protein grams). So that means you pay about 2 cents per gram of protein. You just paid 6 cents a gram. Three times as much. |
i snagged some of these....
http://www.bodyfortress.com/pages/pr...il.aspx?ppid=5 i'm hearing they are worthless also...at least they were cheap :) |
Personally I like bodybuilding.com but I also use Bulk nutrition and nutraplanet as well as far as supplements I pretty much stick with Ultimate Nutrition. They dont spend the millions that muscle tech does to advertise there products nor do they make any outrageous claims or use words you cant understand when selling there product. Simply put they sell a quality supplement that delivers. My favorites are ZMA, (it's more than just a test booster), Muscle Juice, Arginine,Ornithine,Lysine, (works much better than those hyped up over rated NO boosters and dessicated liver ( the best form of amino acids there is). They work for me buddy. Train hard!
