What's a good CREATINE?

I'm looking for a good creatine, anybody know of any products that are better than others?:spam:

They are all the same. Go to www.bulknutrition.com and buy their Primaforce CEE

All creatine (as far as the active ingredient) is the same but that doesn't all mean all products are the same. I'm sure there are still many out there that contain various impurties or large amounts of creatinine etc. There have been products tested that hardly contained any creatine at all.

But primaforce is good :) .

My friend took Purple K and saw very nice results.

I just bought a bottle yesterday, I'll let you know how they went when I finish them off.

not all creatine are the same. The creatines effects are all the same once its in the cells, but how it gets there is what makes each creatine different. Green magnitude is pretty ok. never tried CEE tho

There are not any products that are going to be better than just plain old CEE and mono works for many even though it needs a carrier. You certainly don't need a fancy designer creatine which is mostly just bells and whistles and instead of containing one GOOD creatine they tend to contain a little of this and a little of that (not speaking of green magnitude). Most of the time they don't give you the amounts of each and if mono is on the label you have no way of knowing how much of it is mono.

And why do they put mono in a fancy designer creatine mixed with the products that claim not to need a carrier. Hmmmm....could it be cause it's cheap? The main point is that people are wasting a whole lot of money on nothing but "filler" with some of the designer products.
