Hi there guys! I just wanted this thread to be a place for people to warn others about some of the less favourable sites out there. I don't want others to go through what I've had to deal with, and if I'd been warned before I would have saved a good deal of money!!!

Ok I'll get the ball rolling. http://www.MonsterSupplementStore.com - NB this is NOT monstersupplements.com who I've had a great experience with.

MonsterSupplementStore, however, are shoddy. I knew it was a bit dodgy when I didn't get a receipt email of the order, and then the tracking number they gave didn't work. Then I looked on the website and there was no contact telephone number or address (which, BTW, is against trading standard laws in this country). The only way to contact them is thru their online email system, which it is almost impossible to get a reply from (altho they promise to get back to you within 24hrs). I have sent so many emails it is beyond belief, and despite paying 5 pounds for 24hr express delivery, nothing has arrived weeks on (not even an email explaining why it hasn't arrived when it should have!).

This is an utterly crap business which is best avoided. If you think I am the only one to have trouble with them, see these pages [hope its ok to put these links in, if not I'll be happy to take them off]:

Anyway - PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT MONSTERSUPPLEMENTSTORE.COM (no matter how cheap you think it is, it's worth spending that couple of extra quid and actually getting your order!). they also repeatedly get orders wrong and never offer refunds/returns...

I'd like this thread to become the go to place to see if the site you're about to order from is legit, so if anyone's had any other problems with another supplement site, make it known!!

I'm still boycotting bodybuilding.com :biglaugh:

I ordered with them when I had some discount codes, biggest problem is shipping and customs. My order was pending for at least 2 months. Based on my memory that box had "bodybuilding.com" written all over. So customs had it for ages.

Plus another thing that really bugs me is their emails. It goes like this "Thanks for your order! We will do everything we can to have your order sent to you as soon as possible! Thanks for understanding! We hope to hear from you soon!"

Exclamation marks piss me off.

LOL, overusing exclamation points is one of my pet peeves as well.

I forgot to report: I had a bad experience with Americas Nutrition.

Took about 3 weeks to ship and would not return e-mails.

I just had a bad day with prosource did'nt get a E-mail,or a Conformation number nothing.But they did hit my credit card the day i ordered made sure they got there money took 3 wks to get what i ordered on a in-stock product

That's not cool. Card shouldn't be hit until it's shipped.

Nope its not so where are the best places to buy your supplements

Purchased and got my order confirmed email without any problems. Waited a week, nothing. Emailed, no reply. Emailed again, no reply. Called, the number rang out. Checked with my bank, the money had left the account. Tried to call again, no answer. By now 2 weeks had passed and I had enough. I contacted my bank and had a charge back processed. I never saw any product or heard from them?

Buyer beware!

i tryed to order from "edge nutrition" there crappy website doesnt even work
if you lucky enought to even log in when you go to cash out you can even add or pick methods of payments.... you just receive an email saying they received your order.... wich i didint pay for! lol would have been cool if they sent it though haha

yeh i got mine today... it did say body building all over it but it wasnt supposed to arrive till tomorow around 5PM i got it at noon today... only took 2days to get here and im not in the same country lol

It sucks that some of you have had bad experiences with placing orders through supplement stores. Check us out we have 99% customer satisfaction rate. Unfortunately, we currently only ship to U.S. addresses.

Yeah - im through with boydbuilding.com. No real reason besides the simple fact that its bodybuilding.com... that and they ship UPS which never delivers when Im available so its tidious to get my stuff.

I've used MySupplementStore.com for a few years now. They vastly improved once they were purchased by another company. Prices dropped, customer service is good and I actually receive my products now!
