Whey + Creatine + Glutamine= ?

I'm already taking Whey should I add creatine before I lift and not take it for cardio? Can I take Glutamine everyday with the whey?

creatine once a day...after workout is what i do......no need for glutamine really...

from your other post....you're drinking alot of shakes....should probably try and eat more real food.

Either one is fine to take, at any time of day, training day, cardio day, off day... with whey, with food, with water, with nothing, whatever.

But they are NOT necessary in order to make gains.

Yep. Powder in the mouth and swallow. It's a bit dry, but I can get it down :D

And no, it doesn't hurt my stomach to do that.

I'm with IK on that one. I have been known to down a scoop of protein with out water, when needed. I MUST HAVE MY PROTEIN/COMPLEX CARBS PWO!! I always carry some type of comp. carb in my gym bag/car, usually dried fruit, it's sweeter than fresh, but right around a WO is when I allow myself to have some type of sugar. Is this a good idea, for convenience's sake, or should I carry fresh fruit?

Fruits aren't an optimal carb pwo. Fructose doesn't produce the insulin response that you want pwo.
