Same here. Food is where you get your micronutrients and the calories to build muscle. The body will only take from the vitamin what it needs and the rest goes down the drain. Don't piss away your money.

Yeah. I think people should be aware that when someone posts their opinion it is usually in the interest of helping, rather right or wrong. But really sometimes it doesn't seem worth it to have to tolerate such ire over something that is so secondary. Or tertiary I think I should learn to leave it alone more.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Me too. I think we both suffer from, "can't let it go-itis." It's always amazed me the way people get mad when you disagree even if you've been polite and well intentioned in doing so.

In the grand scheme of things does it really matter whether you take Bugs Bunny or Flintstones vitamins??

To be frank though I see little of that here especially compared to other boards..

Well Iron it's not the regulars that do it for sure. Honestly I like the vitamin paks for lots of reasons too. But like Paul saying he's cheap so am I. If I can get almost a years supply of the same amount of nutrients for the same price as a month's supply of the others, then convenience be damned.

I'd rather support Hanna Barberra any day, then again Duck Dogers in the 24th and a half century is some funny shit.
