Which will be a better supplement?
Hi Guys
I am 20 years old and my weight is 74 kilos(163.142074 pounds) and my height is 6.2 feet.I have been exercising for over a year now,i left gym for a month for some reason. Now my power is kinda increasing but no gain in muscle at all. This is my routine Monday: Biceps/Triceps Tuesday: Chest/Shoulders Wednesday: Legs/Back Thursday: Recovery Friday: Biceps/Triceps Saturday: Chest/Shoulders Sunday: Recovery Then on next monday Legs/Back and so on.My gym trainer changes the schedule after 3 months and he suggested me to take some supplements as i am not gaining any muscle. Now i went to a supplement shop and that guy over there told me to buy Creapure Mass Gainer, but when i googled i found only Creatines of Creapure. Also he told me to buy a hormone thing,it was something in liquid form and he said it will last 10 days.So guys please tell me are these supplements good for my body?Is there any harm or harmful effects of these supplements? Will these supplements cause hair loss problem? Thanx |

Additionally, have you inquired why he has your training split set up as it is? Not a lot of time for recovery there. To be a bit more specific than "eat more food," (which is, BTW, solid advice and where I'm headed here), figure out your BMR, eat 500 calories over it, and break your macronutrient ratios into 25-30/55-60/20 protein/carbs/fat. -EK

Thanx a lot guys for your replies.
Is my routine all right?I am a vegetarian so its kinda hard for me to gain weight. I go to the gym in the evening and i work at night shift at a store,so i am able to get some sleep in the morning and in the afternoon.Someone told me a 6 hours sleep is needed after gym,is that so? |
There are still options if you are a vegetarian to get more protein. Fix the diet.
Are you all out vegan or can you eat eggs and fish |

Yea i eat ONLY eggs, but that too sometimes say twice or thrice a week.I eat 5 boiled eggs at a time and threw away most of the yellow part. Will you still recommend any supplement? Also is sleep a big issue? |
Eat the whole egg and eat lots of them. There are tons of weight gains you can take. Muscle Milk has a decent one. I think it's around 500 calories a shake. that should help. You need calories and protein
