Xtend suggestions
Im looking for a good BCAA and i found Xtend and need to no if its just a waste of money or if anybody has used it and liked it or herd anything about it?
The last supplement that i bought without research i found out after words was a waste of money, so i thought i would ask around a bit. |
Xtend is good stuff.

I been using the stuff for a while and it's great. As for the taste, you can't go wrong with the watermelon. The grape isn't bad either but I didn't really care for the lemon. Haven't tried the apple yet.
jus my 2 cents. |
ok thx I'm thinking about getting the watermelon or apple then. And this stuff will help with fat loss?
|
Its not going to help you with fat loss, but it will help preserve muscle mass while you are cutting.
BCAA's have a lot of benefits so I wouldn't worry about it being a waste of money. |
I find it helps with cravings while on lower calories. Don't get hunger pains and I can stay a way from the sweets alot better.

If I was only allowed to use 1 supp it would be Xtend for sure! apple is the best tasting in my opinion. I just bought the orange and it's alright...but a little too sweet for me.

Well i just ordered apple and ill get it in a few days. I have wrestling starting the 17th of Nov. and will be cutting from 188-190 down to 160's by the end. This stuff will help keep the muscle that i have since i wont be eating all that much or lifting, right?

I prefer to buy in bulk but my only problem with xtend is that it is underdosed for CM. There are a few very similar and cheaper prodcuts (flavored) only without the CM. I would get one of those and then get the CM in bulk to go with it if I wanted to go that route..

What is a good daily dose for CM ?
If a person was to mix it in with Xtend or another BCAA product - Lets say 25g of Xtend a day ( mix with 1 gallon ) how much extra CM would be good ? I think there is 1g in 1 serving of xtend |
