Default Zinc

Whats up guys. I just started taking Nitro T3 yesterday and I'm also taking creatine and protien. On the Nitro T3 bottle is says do not combine with other zinc supplements. The protien I'm taking is muscle milk and it has 33% zinc per serving (75g at two scoops in water). So my question is, is this to much zinc? Should I stop taking the muscle milk or is it ok?

Thanks

This is are RDA but, this isn't the RDA for people that are very active or have a bodybuilding lift style. I would look at Both bottles and see what the combine amount of zinc is.

the link to where I got this.
