Default 0311 has some great posts - Read Them!

Moderator 0311 has some excellent posts. I think he knows what he is writing about. One of my favorites was his idea that training to failure on warm-up sets was ridiculous. I have always felt this way. I have seen allot of people do this. I would say about 80% of the guys at my old gym did. I think they do this because that is what all the pros in the magazines tell you to do. Sometimes I wonder if the pros in the magazines told people to eat a turd everyday, that people would religiously do this. I have been training for over 20 years and it is just sad that people in general havent change at all. I just havent meet more than a handful of guys that have tried new ideas. Most of then trudge through a few years of hit and miss training and make their initial gains then think they have the world by the asshairs.
Keep up the outstanding posts 0311!
