Default 0311 -> Max-OT

I am reading the Max-OT guide on AST's site. That guy doesn't pull any punches, does he? Wow! This is the kid of articles I like. Not foo-foo in design. He comes right out and tells you how he feels.

Awesome. I can't wait to read the rest of it.

If you'd like to hear him actually speak about it on the radio, go to my Max-OT journal and click on the link I provided. I also put the times to fast forward to to hear specific aspects about it.

Darkhorse's Sig:"The greater the development and strength of the main muscular structures of the body, the greater the size and strength potential of the small areas of the body." - Stuart McRobert

"Many coaches and athletes don't believe in the benefits of GPP at all. Who are the worst offenders? Bodybuilders and powerlifters are by far the worst!. They feel that all they have to do is train the main lifts to get strong. This is why so many of them are out of shape." - Dave Tate

I'll go do that here in a bit. Right now I'm knee-deep in the Max-OT guide.

Thanks again for the point.

Also, you don't need to create a thread about stuff like this. Next time, if it deals with Max-OT you can just reply in my journal or pm me. :(
