| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | Who the hell suggests doing them thrice a week?! Once a week is more than enough. Results across the board are superb. The only way they work is if you use your 12-14 rep max for squats, and going for 20 reps. It sounds wrong, but if you basically rest for 2-3 deep breaths between reps, you'll get the job done. |
