Hmm would it be possible to cut your hours a little bit at work if not thats a shame you possibly could consider goin to gym early in the morning get workout then quick shower then to work.

Is that even legal to have a minor work more than 40 hrs in a week?

have you seen a doctor about those headaches?

No, no more than 40 but he may work with say his dad or something helping out all day though I could be wronged or maybe he has 2 jobs and keeps it shushed up about going over 40. But just dome ideas in my head

im 16 and some days i work 14 hours (entertainment business) its off the books but i think it is illegal (working that much) and your not allow to work past a certaint time. as far as making up the workouts honestly i would just forget about them dont try to make them up when you miss them they are lost days. I would say workout in the morning if you can then but since your running on the tight schedule coming home late and then working out early in the morning isnt a good idea. try to schedule your time as best as possible and never waste any time during the day thats usually how i will do things if i have lots of stuff to accomplish in one day.

14 hrs isn't working too much as a minor.

But what exactly is the entertainment business? ;) Do you provide "company" for people? Maybe a lap dance or two? LOL

oh, 14 hours A DAY! That should be illegal for us adults, too! (even though at the moment I work exactly ZERO hours a week)

And how many days do you work 14 hrs? Probably Sat & Sun.

Plus "off the books" is illegal for other reasons, but I doubt anyone really cares about that.

On second thought, PM your Social Security Number and your employers name. I'll contact the IRS and find out for you...(l0l)

I do know people that just get serious migraines but man for you sake PLEASE go ang get checked out.......................
