i guess im bout to try out that 5x5 deal to see how it works for me

can someone help fine a good 5x5 program
i been working out for about 7-8 months 3 months crossbow (junk)
and the rest free weights

i bench 260 max
dumbbell 85
curl 100
deadlift 200
squat 200 no rack(only doing what i can put over my head)

6-1 235lbs

i been working out four days on one day off

Bill Starr's 5*5 has worked for me, I just finished my 7th week and I'm up aprox 25% in all.
