| I have given up on Abs, I used to do sit ups but after getting over 30kg, I decided this was to much weight to be on my chest felt like it was crushing me. I have tried standing ab pulldowns but found them a nightmare when they got heavy, spend most the time concentrating keeping the bar on the back of your neck, and also hard to keep your feet on the ground at the start of the rep, Anyone know any other alternative ab exercises? |

Gender: | Jonson do your crunches holding the plate directly over head, arms fully extended, I bet you will feel it more in your abs than anything and you wont be able to use the arms or shoulders to help push yourself up off the floor to start the rep. |
