Just wondering... do you think that guy is on gear?

Is it even possible to lift that much without it? Absolutely sick lift either way.

its possible, probable maybe not. My buddy who is an elite power lifter squats over 700lbs (he has posted here before) and has never done gear ... I dont know this guy though.

Wow, I wish I could bench 300lbs with the ease that he crushed that 600+. Definitely a specializer if I've ever seen one. Good for him, the world needs all types.

That's some impressive stuff! He should have gone for more on the 605 lift. Sure looks like he could have done it!

Age is not as big of a factor as you might think when it comes to strength sports. In fact, I would say that most guys get better with age to a point. Bodybuilders don't seem to hang in there so well because of the steroids I suspect, but powerlifters and strongmen all seem to come into their own in their 30's and 40's... which is nice to know considering I'm starting into that realm I figure I have a good 20+ years of competition left in me, should I so desire to do it.

Bodybuilders can't really say that.

you def dont need gear to lift that much. i havent seen the vid yet due to me being at work. but from my own personal experience i know for a fact you can do that amount of weight without using anything.
