Default a good workout for the shoulders?

Hey guys, i was going through the list of workouts and i found one that was really interesting and that i've started following, but i was wondering if you could suggest any different ones, just looking at different options. Is the only replacement exercise for military press, doing it with dumbbells instead?

there are a lot of variations to shldr press. you can do seated barbell, standing barbell, seated dumbell, standing dumbell, smith press's, and there are about 90 different hammer strength machines that are for shldr press's. I would personally go with standing barbell press, its the most compound out of all of them.

My favorite would have to be Push Presses.

I agree and if you could do clean and press that would get everything firing.

Also, Turkish get-ups and arm bars. They are mostly done with Kettlebells but they can be done with DBs.

I found that when I started doing Dead's and JS ROWS my shoulders ballooned out!

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Also called Pendlay Rows. Explosive, controlled BB pulls from the floor with the back generally parallel to the floor, legs shoulder distance or slightly wider, unlocked knees, no LB movement at any point.

One the press issue it's really better to have a variety to develop you're overhead pressing strength anyway. You don't want to stick to just push presses or only MP's. Do seated, do dumbell, and everything else. Just keep in mind that progression is the key and not just variety.
