| Hey guys, i was going through the list of workouts and i found one that was really interesting and that i've started following, but i was wondering if you could suggest any different ones, just looking at different options. Is the only replacement exercise for military press, doing it with dumbbells instead? |

| there are a lot of variations to shldr press. you can do seated barbell, standing barbell, seated dumbell, standing dumbell, smith press's, and there are about 90 different hammer strength machines that are for shldr press's. I would personally go with standing barbell press, its the most compound out of all of them. |

Also, Turkish get-ups and arm bars. They are mostly done with Kettlebells but they can be done with DBs. | |

Gender: | Also called Pendlay Rows. Explosive, controlled BB pulls from the floor with the back generally parallel to the floor, legs shoulder distance or slightly wider, unlocked knees, no LB movement at any point. Vid demo: http://www.strengthmill.com/viewvide...Demonstration/ |
